Track Meets

Tamalpa Runners will put on five track meets in 2023. The  meets will be held on Tuesday evenings at  San Rafael High School track, 150 3rd St, San Rafael, CA 94901 .   These meets are open to everyone of all abilities. Meet start times are presently 6:30 PM.

Basic Info

• • Cost: Free to all

• • Start Time: Warmups start at 6:00 PM, First event (1-Mile) starts at 6:30 PM

• • End Time: Final event starts at approximately 7:30 PM

• • 1 Mile, 400M, 800M, 200M, 100M, (2 Mile or 3K) & 5K
