On a lovely Sunday Morning, 4/28/2019, 9 Tamalpa men and 1 Tamalpa Woman ran from
Downtown Saratoga to Downtown Los Gatos in the 4 Mile Los Gatos Rotary Great Race.
Markelle Taylor was the first Tamalpa finisher in a chip time of 22:35 and finished as the
Second M45-49 finisher. Next was Keith Duncan in 24:50 who was the first M65-69 finisher.
Don Porteous and Len Goldman finished in first and second place for the M70-79 Age Group
in 27:57 and 28:01. Elmo Shropshire won the M80+ Age Group in 39:39. Mary Vidovich was
the lone Tamalpa Woman to run the race. It looks like we will be able to score a Men’s Super
Senior and Veteran Team in the race. The next PAUSATF Road race is next Sunday, May 5,
2019, the Devil Mountain MILE OF TRUTH in Danville. Hopefully we will have a good turnout
of Tamalpa Runners at this short, fast race.
