Tamalpa Headlands 50K Register Here & Volunteers Needed! Saturday, August 17th

Just a quick update….with six weeks to go until race day…… we are over half full and still need volunteers. See the link below to join as a volunteer on the website or to register to run.

Come join the fun as a volunteer, then meet in Santos Meadows for a post-race party!

The Headlands 50k takes place in the Marin Headlands, starting and finishing in Santos Meadows, between Muir Beach and Muir Woods. The course spans over 2,100 acres of mountainous terrain and follows some of the most beautiful trails just above the Pacific Ocean. The course traverses throughout the larger Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) and provides runners with endless views of the coast, Redwoods, and Headlands.

The GGNRA reports that roughly 13 million people visit the peninsula annually, which is rich in history, diverse flora and fauna and serves as the location for some of the sport’s most iconic events, including the Dipsea Race, Miwok 100k and more.

Please join us on Saturday, August 17, 2024, to enjoy all the splendor that the Marin Headlands and Mount Tamalpais have to offer in one of the country’s most stunning places to celebrate the sport of ultrarunning.
