This week Jim Myers will be coaching the workout. We will do some longer intervals this week and hope that the weather is better than it
was this past Tuesday. The workout will be as detailed below:
TAMALPA RUNNERS TUESDAY EVENING TRACK WORKOUT
12/3/19
6:10 PM Warm up on streets around San Rafael High School or on SRHS track.
6:30 PM 4 Each 100 Meter Strides with a 100 Meter jog in between Strides.
A-Group 4 Each 1600 Meter Intervals (4 Laps) @ 10K Pace. 2nd, 3rd & 4th Intervals will start 8-1/2 minutes after the start of the previous Interval.
B/C-Groups 3 Each 1200 Meter Intervals (3 Laps) @ 10K Pace. 2nd, 3rd & 4th Intervals will start 8-1/2 minutes after the start of the previous Interval.
Followed by Cool Down Jog
