Come Dressed in Costume Ready to Run
For a night of ‘Indian Sprints’, Intervals, ghost chases, and haunts.
6:20 p.m. Warm up-Two laps of ‘Indian Sprints’, We will have a couple of lines of runners, shortest to tallest, with everyone jogging except for the person at the rear of the line. That person does an ‘Indian Sprint’ to the front of the line. Once that person reaches the front of the line the next person at the rear of the line does an ‘Indian Sprint’ to the front of the line. We will check out the ‘Indian Sprinter’s’ Costume and cheer him/her as they sprint by!
A-Group Workout– Two each 3000 M (7-1/2 laps) Intervals run at 5K pace. The 2nd Interval will start 14 minutes after the first Interval.
B/C-Groups Workout– Two each 2000 M (5 laps) Intervals run at 5K pace. Each Interval will start 14 minutes after the first Interval.
After the Intervals, you will be given a ‘Trick or Treat’ surprise, which will include your final interval of the evening!
