2009 TCRS #3 Results

115 Finishers: 83 men, 32 women

The hillsides on the Terra Linda Ridge were a beautiful emerald green, and the winds on those hillsides were very strong and very cold. And the hills themselves were very steep and very long. And the mud . . . TCRS, though, celebrates adversity, sometimes more often than we would prefer to, and the March edition had much to celebrate. Terrence Bennett and Karen Steele led the processions, followed by pancakes, awards, and the fellowship which ultimately seems to keep this series such a success. Many, many Tamalpans pitched in to make this one particularly memorable, from our always reliable and efficient finish line crew to Tricia Wallace's kitchen team, to Frank Ruona's awards ceremony and Nick Wilton's award-winning T-shirts, and certainly not least to Steve Shapiro for marking the course.
